Customer Support Knowledge Management Strategy Project Manager

Description -

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of global, highimpact initiatives within Customer Support Knowledge Management. This role will drive largescale, complex transformation projects that span multiple regions, stakeholders, and business units, translating a longterm vision into executable multiyear roadmaps. Partnering with technical experts, executives, and external consultants, this position plays a critical role in advancing innovation, enabling scalable solutions, and strengthening delivery excellence across the organization.

  • This role is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex internal projects, which often span multiple regions, and involve significant risk, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. The role includes effective management of project finances, maintenance of relationships with upper-level stakeholders, and overseeing a project team of over 20 individuals from diverse countries. The role fosters skill development, contributes to the refinement of project management practices, and promotes a culture of delivery excellence within the program management department.

  • This role will lead strategic global projects that require aligning stakeholders, communicating across organizations, and setting up multi-year plans according to transformation vision.

  • This role will work with technical experts, executives, and consultants spanning different business units and geographical locations.


Responsibilities

  • Influences outcomes through strong stakeholder alignment, clear accountability models, and structured decision-making.

  • Leads innovation projects focused on emerging technologies such as AI.

  • Leads PoCs, Pilots, and scaling of solution projects.

  • Directs the delivery of internal projects, typically encompassing large scale and complex projects, spanning single or multiple regions, presenting a high level of associated risk.

  • Manages project financials, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensures the provision of dependable financial forecasts to the management.

  • Maintains and nurtures relationships with stakeholders belonging to the upper levels within the organization.

  • Directs the project team, which includes both internal and external resources, typically consisting of over 20 individuals from diverse countries.

  • Fosters the skill development of team members, while also providing comprehensive performance reviews and constructive development recommendations for the team.

  • Contributes to setting the direction for the project management discipline within the company by refining templates, tools, and materials.

  • Contributes to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the program management department.

  • Reviews the status of projects and budgets, while also managing schedules and preparing status reports.

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.
