As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager on a full-time contract.


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of new product development projects within the cosmetics and personal care industry. This role will work closely with a team to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, communicate with internal teams and customers, and ensure projects remain on schedule from kickoff through production.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with cross-functional teams, and takes ownership of keeping projects organized and moving forward.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Coordination

  • Support the team and clients in managing multiple new product development projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain project timelines and monitor milestone completion.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs and recurring customer status meetings.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and distribute agendas and meeting summaries.
  • Track project progress and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up to date.


Cross-Functional Communication

  • Follow up with global teams and customers on outstanding action items.
  • Proactively identify overdue deliverables and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Coordinate customer approvals for formulas, packaging, artwork, and change controls.
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide project status updates.
  • Assist with coordinating customer site visits when needed.


Documentation & Systems

  • Maintain project management databases and documentation.
  • Update project notes, approvals, meeting summaries, and customer communications.


Supply Chain & Production Support

  • Request supplier lead times and monitor delivery status.
  • Support production readiness activities by coordinating with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.


Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, communication, and internal processes.
  • Help maintain standardized project documentation and best practices.


QUALIFICATIONS


Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or beauty manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word).


Preferred

  • Experience working in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with new product development processes.
  • Understanding of ingredient, packaging, and supply chain coordination.
  • Experience working with project management software.
