Job Description

Ayming USA is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Innovation Team.

In this role, you will manage client engagements from inception through completion, helping companies identify and maximize available tax incentives while leading technical analyses and delivering exceptional client service.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant tax credit programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, leading technical interviews, providing guidance on tax incentives and project-related inquiries, and preparing/reviewing project documentation.
  • Lead project teams, monitor progress and performance, and address any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and qualify value-oriented benefits for companies, substantiating technical analysis within the legal tax standard through presentations, written reports, and technical memorandums.
  • Assist in the analysis and review of client financial and technical documentation, including costings, invoices, contracts, and supporting documentation required for tax credit claims.
  • Research and review relevant legislation, publications, and technical guidance, conduct site visits, and consult with CPAs and C-level executives on tax incentive credits and related business processes.
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree
  • 3+ years of professionalย experience (Tax related industry experience not required)
  • Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
