Key Role and Responsibilities

o   Project Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead global technology projects for Life Sciences/Pharma clients, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and successful on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Drive the execution of project plans and milestones while coordinating with globally distributed internal teams, including offshore delivery teams.
  • Manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects with cross-functional teams across different time zones, ensuring smooth project execution and strong team collaboration.

o   Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Own client relationships, aligning expectations with deliverables through proactive communication and regular updates.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with executive-level stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership to maintain alignment and transparency on project progress and outcomes.

o   Risk & Process Management:

  • Proactively identify and address risks to ensure smooth project execution and prevent potential disruptions.
  • Implement efficient program management processes, adhering to governance frameworks and methodologies, and utilize tools such as Jira and MS Project.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance protocols, providing risk mitigation strategies and action plans when necessary.

o   Financial & Operational Oversight:

  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW), build proposals, and deliver presentations to support project execution and business development.
  • Track the invoicing schedule in collaboration with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payments.
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure proper financial tracking and forecasting for project success.
