Job Summary
As our Receptionist, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and assisting with a variety of office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors to our office in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and other shared office resources
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and light typing
- Assist with the distribution of mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall office operations
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
