Job description

Summary: The Charlotte Hall Drug & Alcohol Residential Treatment Center has served local communities for more than 40 years, providing treatment through structured programs that guide our clients through detox, residential care, medication-assisted treatment, and family education for both men and women. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for our clients to help develop the strength they need to overcome life's challenges and allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Hourly Rate: $15 per hour

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

  • Manage the front office of the facility.
  • Oversee the scheduling of all appointments.
  • Oversee medical records filing, transcription, transfer of records, and assist the facility in completing these responsibilities.
  • Perform basic clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, petty cash, and typing.
  • Assist with the intake process and billing sheets.
  • Correspond with referral sources.
  • Attend staff meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain the policy and procedure book.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education, Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
