Job description

Job Summary: Assist in office practice, which includes duties such as: rooming patients, obtaining vitals, reviewing patient health history, filing in patient charts, assisting physicians with minor office procedures, managing patient phone calls, scheduling patient procedures and tests, obtaining pre-certification of insurance when needed and other clerical aspects of the job relating to clinical practice.
Job Qualifications: CNA or Medical Assistant certification desired. High school diploma or its equivalent. Knowledge of basic vitals, clerical skills such as filing, typing, and basic computer skills. Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. Ability to work well with others, and to have good personal skills and caring with the patients is a must.
