Full time 40 hours a week

Schedule: 11:30am-7:30pm

Performs high-volume data entry

Enter information into excel spreadsheets and data bases

Verifies correct data before entering into google docs and web based portals. Accuracy is key to all data entry projects

Capable of understanding, following and implementing company procedures and instructions from team members

Willingness to do other projects as needed outside of the job description

Performs other related responsibilities as assigned

Efficiency in word processing, spreadsheet maintenance, and overall computer proficiency

Strong prioritizing & organizational skills

Excellent typing/data entry skills

Must be responsible and maintain good attendance

Able to bring a positive attitude each day to build a comfortable workplace for all

Detail-oriented, upbeat individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills.

Intermediate computer and typing skills.
