Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (2 Openings)
Location: On-site in San Jose, CA (755 Stockton Ave) — Local candidates only. Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.00/hr Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week) Duration: Temporary (2 to 4 months direct, in-house assignment)
About the Role: We are looking to add two dedicated, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks directly to our internal administrative team for a short-term, high-volume document processing project. Your primary responsibility will be transferring data from our scanned receiving tickets into our internal software databases with a high degree of precision. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training from our in-house corporate trainer to ensure you are fully equipped for success.
Please note: This is a direct, in-house temporary project. We are only considering local candidates. No staffing companies or third-party agencies, please.
Key Requirements:
  • Location: Must be local to the San Jose area and able to commute daily to our Stockton Ave office (no relocation assistance provided).
  • Experience: Proven experience or strong capability in high-volume, manual data entry.
  • Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to easily spot discrepancies in numbers and codes.
  • Work Style: Comfortable handling repetitive, predictable administrative tasks and significant computer/screen time.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency navigating the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Reliability: Highly reliable with the ability to maintain a punctual, consistent schedule matching the 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
