About the Role:
Pain and Disability Institute PC in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dedicated healthcare team. This is a great opportunity to play a vital behind-the-scenes role in a fast-paced medical environment where accuracy and efficiency truly matter.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update patient and clinical data into electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with office standards
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Process and manage medical forms, insurance documents, and patient intake information
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure timely data processing
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly
