We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our healthcare team.   • Handle inbound calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries and rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Maintain detailed documentation review of patient charts, billing information, and coding details such as CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD-9/10 codes for accurate billing and record keeping.
  • Support front desk operations by managing multi-line phone systems, filing medical records, and assisting with general clerical tasks like data entry and typing.
  • Assist with insurance claims processing, billing inquiries, and collection efforts related to medical billing activities.
  • Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports, update schedules, and manage office correspondence efficiently.
