Spartanburg County First Steps Early Head Startis accepting resumes for theERSEA & Transition Program Specialist.This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance (ERSEA) services, including the program childcare subsidies and transition services.
Must have organizational, documentation, record keeping, monitoring and rapport building skills. This position is mobile and requires abilities to work independently, to engage in public speaking and ease with interacting with diverse populations.

Minimum qualifications:associate degree or bachelors degree (preferred) in human service or education field with some experience or college credit(s) in human service or education field with applicable experience. Prior Head Start experience a plus, must possess a valid drivers license, automobile, and auto insurance.
