Job description

Do you want to be part of a fast-growing transportation company in the Northern Nevada market?  You will interview and be hired directly into the MRTW workforce!!  The ideal person for this job likes building relationships, is energetic and has excellent customer service skills, keeps safety top of mind, and a professional demeanor.  We offer a great place to work, a dedicated team, and competitive pay up to $32 an hour!


We are a close-knit team dedicated to getting our passengers to their destination in s safe, reliable and comfortable transportation option.  This position requires redirecting traffic in congested area. Will assist passenger loading, off loading and seating arrangements as required.

Key Responsibilities:Bus Parking & Traffic Control
  • Direct buses into designated parking and loading zones during shift changes.
  • Assist with safe bus departure by stopping traffic when necessary to allow buses to exit safely and on schedule.
  • Maintain organized traffic flow within the Gigafactory transportation staging areas.
  • Ensure buses are parked safely with proper spacing and alignment.
Driver Compliance & Safety Monitoring
  • Observe driver behavior while on site to ensure compliance with MRTW safety policies.
  • Ensure drivers follow all site rules including speed limits, no cellphone use, and proper bus positioning.
  • Immediately report unsafe actions or conditions to the Safety & Training On-Site Supervisor.
  • Assist with ensuring drivers remain professional while interacting with passengers and site personnel.
Operational Support
  • Help maintain on-time bus departures by coordinating vehicle movement during busy shift transitions.
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth loading and staging of buses.
  • Identify traffic flow issues and recommend improvements to the Safety & Training Supervisor.
Site Safety & Situational Awareness
  • Maintain awareness of pedestrian traffic, employee movement, and potential hazards in the bus staging area.
  • Assist with maintaining safe loading zones and preventing congestion.
  • Help respond to minor operational issues or driver concerns on site.
Work Schedule
  • Weekend coverage required
  • Schedule aligned with peak employee shift changes (4:00-8:30AM/PM)
Qualifications:Required
  • Strong communication and situational awareness
  • Ability to manage vehicle movement safely in a high-traffic environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred
  • Experience in transportation, traffic control, or logistics
  • Experience working around commercial vehicles or buses
  • Safety-oriented mindset

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of customer service
