The Sales Program Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and driving key growth and sales initiatives that align with HYDAC's Strategic Plan. This position works closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing and Regional Sales Vice Presidents to ensure sales initiatives are executed effectively, completed on time, and deliver meaningful impact. The Sales Program Manager will coordinate across the sales organization, product divisions, and CRM systems to support data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and strategic market development.


You will make an impact in this role by:

  • Implement and manage strategic sales and growth initiatives in alignment with HYDAC's long-term strategy plan.
  • Monitor the sales funnel in CRM for key initiatives and ensure accurate, consistent updates across sales teams.
  • Research new markets to support emerging strategies, identify opportunity spaces, and recommend new initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and document technical and commercial trends in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and team members to drive execution of sales initiatives and track performance metrics.
  • Gather, analyze, and organize internal and external data to support business cases and strategic recommendations.
  • Collect and prepare internal data for Board Meeting reports and presentations.
  • Work with CRM platform designers to implement updates or enhancements that improve initiative tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with Product Division Leadership teams to support divisional growth initiatives, including implementation and performance monitoring.
  • Utilize AI, analytics tools, and automated reporting systems to measure and communicate initiative progress and overall effectiveness.
  • Document HYDAC sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop training materials for sales teams.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, growth analyses, and internal/external presentations.

Requirements


To be considered for the Sales Program Manager role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, and leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret market information, identify trends, and apply insights to strategic recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to use CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), business intelligence tools, AI-assisted reporting tools, and standard office software including spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and support customer-driven initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%).


Experience and Education:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, program management, or business development-preferably involving engineered products or technical markets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven sales management strongly preferred.
