Training Assistant needs 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas / functions, and familiarity with document control change request processes.

Training Assistant requires:

  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar); strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems
  • Experience working in MasterControl is required
  • Experience with Veeva is optional
  • Experience with SuccessFactors
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements (Good Documentation Practices)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
