Job description

Job Title: Learning & Document Control Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Learning & Document Control Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for our site's Learning & Development (L&D) and Change Request workflows. This role is embedded within the site operations team and serves as a critical resource for ensuring inspection readiness and compliance across a variety of functions, including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain. You will manage the day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) while coordinating detailed document change requests and curriculum maintenance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in MasterControl and a commitment to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข LMS Administration: Manage daily operations within the MasterControl LMS, including assigning training, maintaining job codes/curricula, and managing user accounts. Troubleshoot system issues and support remediation activities driven by audits or deviations.
โ€ข Document Change Coordination: Facilitate the end-to-end document change request workflow. Collaborate with process owners on learning assessments, perform meticulous data entry, and conduct quality checks on all records.
โ€ข Compliance Reporting: Generate and maintain organized documentation of all administrative actions. Provide recurring reports on training completion and compliance status to support site-wide readiness.
โ€ข Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a central point of coordination between process owners, engineering, and quality teams to ensure that curriculum updates and document changes are tracked and followed up to completion.
โ€ข Remediation Support: Assist in the execution of remediation plans resulting from organizational changes or audit findings to ensure no gaps exist in the site's learning infrastructure.
Qualifications & Requirements
โ€ข Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning administration or document control within a regulated industry.
โ€ข Proven experience supporting multiple business functions simultaneously (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain).
โ€ข Technical Mastery:
โ€ข Direct experience working in MasterControl is required.
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel for reporting is a plus).
โ€ข Familiarity with Document Management Systems (Veeva or SuccessFactors experience is preferred but optional).
โ€ข Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience in a relevant field.
