In the role ofย Leinie Lodge Associate, working inย Chippewa Falls, WI, you will be part of the Guest Relations team as aย Warehouse Associate (direct to consumer).ย This person will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders.ย

This position reports to the Leinie Lodge Retail Supervisor and works closely with other members of the guest relations team to ensure the visits to the Leinie Lodge are memorable and our guests will want to visit us again.

Schedule: This role offers 20-30+ hours per week, with most shifts falling between 9am and 6pm. Schedules may vary depending on business needs and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $15.00/hr, with opportunities for increase based on merit.

What You'll Beย Brewingย 
  • Deliver an exceptional direct to consumer experience by engaging with guests purchasing beer, merchandise, and branded products onsite
  • Serve as a frontline brand representative by creating positive, efficient, and accurate consumer interactions that drive loyalty and repeat visits
  • Execute direct to consumer sales transactions, including order fulfillment, merchandise handling, and point of sale responsibilities
  • Maintain organized, stocked, and consumer ready DTC areas to support daily sales volume and peak demand periods
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to support a high quality in person DTC experience
  • Follow safety, compliance, and quality standards while supporting daily consumer operations
  • Maintain flexibility to support DTC business needs, working 20 to 30 plus hours per week including weekends and holidays
