Job description

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Training Coordinator to support and develop our Brand Ambassador (lead generation) team. This role combines structured training with in-field coaching to ensure new hires are set up for success and continuously improving performance.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full onboarding process, including scheduling, materials, and timely completion of all tasks
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing team members
  • Train and evaluate performance in the field
  • Develop and deliver training programs that improve performance and close skill gaps
  • Partner with leadership to identify training needs and align programs with business goals
  • Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance
  • Monitor key metrics such as onboarding timelines, retention, and training effectiveness
Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or employee development
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
