- Coordinate onboarding, retraining, and skill development plans for all associates
- Manage the training plan, documentation, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Incorporate AI to help develop and translate training material
- Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership
- Supervise activities of production floor trainers to ensure consistent and standardized on-the-job training
- Oversee certifications, competency assessments, and validate trainee readiness using scorecards
- Develop and support cross-training programs to maintain operational flexibility
- Partner with Functional Areas and Human Resources to support recruitment, retention, and performance
- Ensure that associates have all necessary tools and supplies to perform their job duties effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent training procedures across the organization
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 5+ years of training experience in manufacturing, specifically printing
- Demonstrated experience developing SOPs and work instructions
- Experience managing an LMS
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
