Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of all Plumbing activities.
  • Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
  • A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
  • Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
  • Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
  • Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry.
  • Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred.
  • Exceptional sales and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
  • The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
  • A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software.

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

Pay Transparency:

The annual salary/hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges from$140k-$150K The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
