Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate knowledge of the markets and the ability and inclination to develop a robust approach to an execution strategy.
• Analyze market flows and current themes to generate alpha
• Participate in the design and formation of trading systems and strategies; continuously work with team members to improve these systems.
• Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments

• Very strong verbal reasoning skills
• Currently trading the US Markets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data
