Position: Attorney - Trade Remedies

Are you ready to join a premier international trade firm at the forefront of global policy? We are seeking a high-caliber Trade Remedies Attorney to lead high-stakes investigations and defend client interests in an evolving regulatory landscape.

The Role As a key member of our global trade team, you will navigate the complex intersection of law and economics. This is not a "behind the scenes" role; you will have direct client contact and the autonomy to manage sophisticated matters involving:

  • Antidumping (AD) and Countervailing Duty (CVD) laws.

  • Section 232, 301, 201, and 337 investigations.

  • Specialized trade relief issues including IEEPA, EAPA, and Section 332.

  • Complex data analysis to support trade defense strategies.
