Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic sales team focused on driving hotel revenue through strategic partnerships within the Association Market, event planning industry, and other key business sectors. In this role, you will cultivate and manage client relationships, identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain existing accounts, negotiate contracts, and achieve room revenue and occupancy goals-all while working remotely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of the sales organization, you will participate in daily meetings and ongoing collaboration with the on-site sales team to align strategies, share market insights, and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
  • Prospect and secure new Association group business accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations, meetings, and property promotions.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hotel sales experience with a proven record of meeting revenue goals.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, revenue management, and hospitality operations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and hotel reservation/property management systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory.
