Job description

Hospitality Spotlight is partnering with a client in Tennessee to hire a Hotel Sales Director.


You will lead revenue growth for a full-service branded hotel, set the strategy, build strong client relationships, and guide your team to deliver measurable results.


The Role

  • Build and grow relationships with existing business accounts

  • Identify and close new business across local, regional, and national markets

  • Lead and develop the Sales team

  • Conduct outside sales calls and prospect consistently

  • Target Transient, SMERF, GDS, travel agencies, corporate markets, state associations, government, cruise, and sports segments

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and within the local community

  • Partner with operations and revenue teams to maximize RevPAR

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed


What You Bring

  • 6 plus years as a Sales Director within a full-service branded hotel (Hilton/IHG/Marriott)

  • Proven track record securing new business across SMERF, Transient, GDS, travel agencies, corporate, state associations, government, cruise, and sports markets

  • Experience using advanced revenue management and AI driven tools to optimize RevPAR

  • Strong presence in the local community and industry events

  • Success within a high volume hotel environment

  • Ability to lead a team while managing multiple priorities

  • High standards for ethics and integrity


WhCompensation

  • Base salary of $110k - $115k 

  • Strong bonus potential tied to performance
