Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth and market positioning at Hotel Warner located in West Chester, PA.

Position Overview

The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for leading proactive sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and executing revenue-driving initiatives across key market segments. This individual will work closely with on-property leadership and Extreme Hospitality’s management team to maximize topline performance while ensuring alignment with all stake holders to achieve operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about hospitality, relationships, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, ADR, and total revenue across all segments (corporate, group, leisure, and local demand generators).
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business through direct sales efforts, networking, community engagement, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, event planners, and local partners.
  • Conduct outside sales calls, site tours, sales blitzes, and participate in industry events and trade shows
  • Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to align pricing, positioning, and guest experience strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive set performance, and demand patterns to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with property leadership to ensure seamless execution of group business and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality management, or a related field with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales processes, revenue management principles, and financial performance metrics.
  • Experience working within branded hotel environments (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) is a plus, however experience with independent hotels is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, revenue management, and ownership groups.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and hotel PMS systems preferred.
