Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Supervise and train the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and guest relations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract new business.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
