Job description

Sunridge Hotel Group is actively searching for a Multi-Property Hotel Sales Coordinator to join our Colorado regional team. Candidate will need to be based out of Vail, Colorado hotel. If you are a great communicator, detail oriented, and have awesome customer service skills this is your chance to break into the hotel sales industry!

As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in generating revenue and driving business growth for multiple hotels. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of events and bookings. Additionally, you may be responsible for maintaining sales databases, preparing reports, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Your efforts contribute to the overall success of each hotel by attracting new clients, retaining existing clients, and maximizing revenue potential.

Sales Support

  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Assist clients with copies of receipts and folios when requested, especially when related to group bookings
  • Record/maintain sales efforts in CRM database as directed by Regional Director of Sales
  • Assist Regional Director of Sales in planning and executing effective Sales Blitz and/or Customer Events.
  • Maintain electronic & hard copy files for groups, meeting and negotiated accounts as needed and directed by Regional Director of Sales
  • Assist Regional Director of Sales with site tours
  • Help to create reservations, billing and client communications for LNR accounts
  • Coordinate all group sales administrative duties after contracting through group departure and billing
  • Coordinate all meeting space booking administrative duties after contracting through end of meeting and billing

Communication

  • Cc Regional Director of Sales on all email communication to clients
  • Inform Regional Director of Sales with any potential problems with clients, meetings or groups
  • Communicate with Regional Director of Sales on a daily basis to determine daily goals and plans
  • Fill out lead sheets for inquiries and hand over to Regional Director of Sales

Meetings

  • Attend Chamber Mixers with Regional Director of Sales
  • Attend Ribbon Cuttings or other community events as needed with Regional Director of Sales
  • Attend Revenue Meetings weekly
  • Attend BEO Meetings weekly
  • Attend Daily Check In meeting with Regional Director of Sales
