As the Quality Operations Manager you will provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight of Quality Coordinators as well as Process Improvement Coordinators. In this role you will lead the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance, performance improvement, compliance, and process improvement activities. The Quality Operations Manager ensures agency-wide adherence to regulatory, accreditation, contractual, and internal quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement consistent with MHMR's We CARE values.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Defined Education: Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Health and Human Services or a related field.
Preferences: None
Substitutions: Associate degree and five (5) years' experience, High School diploma and seven (7) years' experience
Years' Experience: Three (3) years
Defined Experience: Behavioral Health, IDD services, or related healthcare fields
License/Certifications: None
Special Courses: None
Supervisory Experience: One (1) year
