Job Description Quality Operations Manager Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve quality management systems across our manufacturing and operations teams. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving root cause analysis, and enhancing total quality performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic quality planning, internal audits, and implementing best-in-class quality processes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the organization's quality department and personnel Drive the development and execution of company-wide quality assurance programs Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other applicable industry standards Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), internal audits, and documentation controls Partner with production and engineering teams to solve complex quality issues Champion continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma tools and quality metrics Qualifications: 7+ years in quality assurance, with 3+ years in a quality leadership role Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) and regulatory requirements Experience with CAPA, FMEA, root cause analysis, and supplier quality programs Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline required; Master's preferred Performance Expectations & Success Metrics: Maintain audit readiness and 100% compliance with internal and external quality audits Reduce customer complaints and non-conformances by 30% within first year Implement KPIs to monitor scrap, rework, and yield trends monthly Build and retain a high-performing quality team through coaching and development Foster a culture of quality ownership across all departments
