Overview
Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator (TCSC) to join our team!
The Trade Client Services Coordinator (TCSC) is a highly motivated professional with at least 3 years of successful experience with operational experience in specialty pharmacy. The TCSC will have primary responsibilities for management of manufacturer, payor and strategic partners requiring enhanced operational support. The position is responsible for the co-development of long-term account strategy and supporting the Specialty Trade Account Executive for their assigned clients. Working with other operational staff to provide the client and their patients an exceptional service and high-quality patient care. They will be for responsible for acting as a liaison between Lumicera and client to support with operational excellence and identify growth and expansion opportunities and communicating these opportunities appropriately to be incorporated into the business reviews. The TCSC will be responsible for program retention, achieving corporate strategic goals relative to client base, and overall customer satisfaction, including solving customer issues relative to their contracts, reporting, and interface with the Trade Account Executive for escalated issues.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
  • Participate in daily, weekly or monthly meetings in support of the client's program to provide status updates, current barriers to patient access, and interface with client to support in resolution of access issues
  • Pull reports to deliver facts-based presentations (including Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standard reports) to manufacturer and payor clients. Work closely with Specialty Trade Account Executives on data, strategy, and the Lumicera team approach to all meetings
  • Ensure immediate Account Management team has a plan to mediate any unmet guarantees moving forward; Account Management should always have a debrief with an internal department which has failed to meet a guarantee
  • Be primary point of contact for any daily tasks, operational requests, and status inquiries. This includes handling general referral level questions and requests
  • Support implementation of assigned clients
  • Facilitate resolution of escalated client issues requests
  • May require travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • Valid State Driver's License and current Automobile Policy
  • Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred
  • Strategic thinking ability and skills to prepare business plans and execute them appropriately to accomplish business objectives
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work to meet client needs
  • Strong team orientation, commitment to sales, and client service and desire to succeed
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
