We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to help expand our presence within the Retail and Grocery market. The ideal candidate needs to show strong customer relationships skills, professional communication, problem solving, while possessing a broad range of business acumen.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue within our Retail and Grocery customer base through strategic account management, customer retention, and new business development. This role combines relationship-building, upselling, and market expansion to drive long-term customer retention. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to grow their account management and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow accounts of Retail and Grocery accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through new products, services, and innovative solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of Amigo's product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Partner with internal teams across the company to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and meetings with key accounts, both virtually and in person.
  • Represent Amigo Mobility at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer offices with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Maintain accurate account activity and sales pipeline information within CRM systems.
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development efforts (approximately 10%).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally across multiple channels.

  • Confidence presenting to customers, groups, and industry audiences.
