Job description

Location: Hybrid / Remote / Travel as needed / Northern Indiana concentration

Industry: Graphics, Printing, Large‑Format, RV Manufacturing

Compensation: Base + Commission (DOE) | Uncapped Earning Potential

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the graphics and printing industry, specifically serving the RV manufacturing market. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to sell early in the design phase, collaboratively works with OEMs, and brings established relationships within the RV industry.

If you know how to influence specifications before production, navigate long sales cycles, and translate creative concepts into graphics solutions — we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within the RV industry, including OEMs, suppliers, and design teams

Engage early in the design and development phase to influence graphics specifications and material selections

Collaborate with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution

Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and quoting through production hand-off and customer retention

Required Experience & Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in the graphics, printing, or large-format printing industry

Proven experience selling into the RV industry (OEM experience strongly preferred)

Demonstrated success selling during concept and design phases — not just transactional sales

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure

401(k) retirement plan

Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

AFLAC supplemental insurance options

Paid time off and paid holidays

Company support for travel, trade shows, and customer engagement

Long-term growth opportunities with a stable, industry-respected organization

Why Join Us?

Work with a company that values expertise, autonomy, and results

Sell high-impact products into a growing RV market

Collaborative team environment with strong operational and design support

Competitive compensation and benefits designed to support long-term success
