Proficiency with Salesforce tools (like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud), as well as certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Developer, are highly valued. Strong communication, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills are essential for remote collaboration and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
