Special Counsel, Employment Law - Remote | $185K - $200K + Bonus | Unlimited PTO | No BD
Are you a senior-level employment litigator seeking meaningful, high-level work-without the grind of traditional law firm expectations? This mostly remote Special Counsel role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a sustainable workload within a nationally respected labor & employment practice.
About the Role
You'll manage a full docket of employment law matters for major clients, including:
  • EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agency charges
  • EPLI-covered and single-plaintiff employment litigation
  • Attorney demand letters
  • All phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and hearings
  • Case strategy, supervision of junior attorneys, and collaboration with senior partners

The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person court appearances or client meetings as needed.
