Fixed-term contract: May 1, 2026 - November 30, 2026

Location: New York City

Work model: Hybrid / remote-flex, with regular in-person meetings in NYC and full on-site presence during event week

About Retromobile New York

Retromobile is one of the world's leading collector car events. Following the long-standing success of Retromobile Paris, the inaugural U.S. edition will launch in New York City in November 2026. Blending automotive culture, luxury, design, commerce, and live experiences, Retromobile New York is set to become a major new destination for collectors, enthusiasts, brands, and industry leaders.

The role

Retromobile New York is seeking a Marketing & Ticketing Coordinator to support the execution of audience marketing campaigns, CRM operations, and ticketing for the launch of the show.

This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who enjoys both creative marketing and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales and the Head of Communications, this person will help execute campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences, manage data and ticketing workflows, coordinate with social media, and support promotional activations leading up to the event.

This is a rare opportunity to join the launch of a premium international event brand in the U.S. and gain direct exposure to event marketing, audience growth, ticketing operations, PR coordination, and live event execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns and audience communications
  • Build, segment, clean, and maintain contact databases
  • Support CRM workflows, imports, tagging, list hygiene, and reporting
  • Help manage the ticketing platform, including setup, QA, discount codes, and customer-facing flows
  • Coordinate with the social media function to align messaging, campaign timing, and launch moments
  • Support the coordination of teaser events, onsite PR moments, and promotional activations tied to the event
  • Assist with website updates related to registration, ticketing, and campaign conversion
  • Track campaign and ticketing performance and prepare regular reporting dashboards
  • Coordinate marketing assets, deadlines, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners
  • Support registration and ticketing operations during event week

Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, email marketing, ticketing, events, or digital operations
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform required
  • HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where initiative is encouraged
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in luxury, culture, live events, or automotive is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
