The Role and What You'll Do:

The Ticketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Professional Bull Riders' Ticketing Department. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, accountable, self-starter who has some experience in box office and/or ticketing operations. This position reports to the Director of Ticketing.

  • Support the operations of PBR's Ticketing Department with the goals of maximizing PBR's ticket revenue and profitability
  • Assist with management of all internal ticketing operations including ticketing software management, event builds, custom reporting, PBRewards and consignment ticket sales, and rider/sponsor obligations
  • Provide support to the Director of Ticketing to maintain accurate financials and conduct settlements with all venue box offices
  • Manage the operational relationship with 3rd party ticketing companies
  • Work with the Sponsorship Department to effectively and efficiently deliver on all ticket obligations
  • Support PBR's sales and service team and any other sales channels to ensure all ticket orders are processed accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all PBR consumers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of PBR's ticketing policies and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned

You Have These:

  • One or more year(s) of professional ticketing experience
  • Knowledge of box office practices and procedures with Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying priorities
  • Excellent organizational, planning and communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suites (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook)
