Job Description
Take the lead at a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Program where every decision helps save lives! Saint Luke's Hospital is looking for a Trauma Program Manager to champion excellence in trauma care and program performance!
  • M-F 7a-3p typically; though flexibility is a must
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • RN Required
  • BLS, PALS, ACLS required
  • Trauma experience strongly preferred
  • 6 direct reports
The Opportunity
The Trauma Program Manager is accountable for coordinating the Trauma Service Including Planning and development, oversight of education , Injury prevention, research, registry, performance improvement and patient safety programs. The Trauma Program Manager will manage the daily operations of trauma service and supervision of the trauma service staff. The Trauma Program Manger ensures that the Trauma Service is compliant in maintaining state of Missouri and American College of Surgeons guidelines and regulations. The Trauma Program Manager collaborates with specialty care departments and patient care units regarding all aspects of care of the injured patient from pre-hospitalization to rehabilitation. The Trauma Program Manager serves as a liaison between the administration of Saint Luke s Hospital , the Hospital Health System, referral facilities, physician practices and EMS agencies.

Job Requirements
Applicable Experience:
Less than 1 year
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
