Job description

Position Summary
***$10,000 Sign-on bonus!***
The Trauma Program Manager (RN) provides leadership and oversight of the trauma program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving quality improvement, patient outcomes, and program growth within a high-acuity Level I Trauma Center.
  • Lead and coordinate trauma program operations and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ACS and state trauma designation standards
  • Oversee trauma registry, data analysis, and performance improvement programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor quality metrics, outcomes, and regulatory readiness
  • Facilitate trauma committees, education, and staff development
  • Support survey readiness, accreditation, and community outreach
  • Minimum Requirements
    • Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
    • Experience:
      • 3 years' related experience in emergency or trauma nursing; minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
      • Knowledge of team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing; change and conflict management; data analysis; coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, business strategy development.
      • Computer skills required.
    • Licensure/Certifications: Current or ability to obtain, Arizona RN License. Current TNCC
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Experience: 5 years' related experience; 3 years supervisory experience
    • Master's in Nursing-MSN
    • Prior trauma program leadership/coordination experience preferred
    • Knowledge of ACS standards and trauma registry processes
    • Preferred certifications: TCRN, CEN, CCRN
