How will you make an impact? The temporary QC Office Assistant will be responsible for printing and collating incoming testing report files and other controlled documents for the QC Outsource group. The assistant will maintain an electronic filing system used for testing reports, quotes, purchase orders, and related documents. A successful candidate must be able to organize both paper-based documents and electronic records. Incumbent must be a strong user of basic excel workbooks. This position will not include laboratory duties.

What will you do? Print and collate documents Maintains electronic process for identifying and compiling incoming records from multiple sources Prepare paperwork for QC Outsource Testing to submit to QA Maintains organized records completely, accurately, and contemporaneously Navigate and manage excel spreadsheets, word documents, PDFs, and emails Coordinate with QC systems specialist to ensure all products are entered into LIMs properly May assist with sample submissions to Contract Testing Labs Maintain metrics on Contract Testing Lab's performance Follow written standard operating procedures Maintains and ensures safe environment and work practices Performs other office duties as assigned to support Outsource Manager and Specialists This position is a M-F daytime role with flexibility minor adjustments in hours. Flexibility and overtime may be required on holidays and weekends to support project timelines.
