Job description

Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Front Desk Receptionist is a vital role on the RVFB team in being the first point of contact to our Community Members, visitors, donors, vendors, and anyone contacting our Agency. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities include: 

  • Greet Visitors and Community Members ensuring a smooth communication and collaboration. 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and reroute direct inquiries to the appropriate department 
  • Maintain HUB area supplies 
  • Address complaints and feedback ensuring to resolve issues promptly 
  • Maintain a professional environment by keeping front desk area clean, inviting, and well-organized contributing to the overall image of the Agency. 
  • Open and Close HUB area 
  • General Agency information email box management 
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks including mail correspondence, deliveries, appointment scheduling, maintaining logs, issue temporary badges. 
  • Provide back up support to Office Administrator 
  • Provide scheduling support for Community Connectors and grocery appointments 


Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • 1 โ€“ 2 yearsโ€™ experience coordinating an office environment.
  • Record management a plus but formal education is not required.
