Job description

The Front Desk Manager's duties include overseeing front desk operations and ensuring guests are given superior guest service in regards to reservations, room assignments, transportation, and guest requests.

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Degree in hospitality field preferred.

Experience: Minimum three years experience in high end customer service. One year in hotel industry preferred. Supervisory experience required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, cash handling and PMS preferred.

    Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to stand for extended lengths of time. Manual and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine paperwork.  Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment.

    Must be able to obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
