Job Description

Title: BMC Automation Consultant

Location: Troy, MI

Job Duration: Full-time/Perm

Description:

Total 10+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years of experience in Automation implementation in BMC Atrium Orchestrator development. 

Consulting expertise in Implementation and configuration of BMC Atrium Orchestrator. 

Experience in performing end-to-end automation of labour-intensive, error-prone tasks across the Infrastructure Management services landscape using BMC Atrium Orchestrator (BAO). 

Good knowledge in ITIL and understanding of Infrastructure domains like database, middleware, server support etc. 

Establish relationship with customer enabling business growth. 

Experience on development of complex workflows in BAO. 

Develop, test and deploy automated workflow in production environment.

Configuration & customization of workflows and adapters in BMC Atrium Orchestrator. Integration of BAO with different applications like Remedy ITSM, ServiceNow, Patrol etc. Strong understanding of Web Services, XML, XSLT, XPATH, Advanced Java Multithreading. Troubleshooting skills on BAO. 

Experience in creating custom scripts in BAO. 

Ensure security and controls standards are met and followed Provide consulting to groups with questions about automation tools.

Nice to have experience in shell scripts. 

Excellent communication skill.
