GenAI Platform Support Engineer

As a Generative AI Platform Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for our AI platform tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhancements, monitor logs and ensure the platform operates smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include assessing and enhancing the AI platform's data pipeline resilience, ensuring that AI/ML models are fault-tolerant and scalable, identifying bottlenecks in model inference and training pipelines, optimizing model performance for real-time use cases, collaborating with the DevOps team on deployment improvements, implementing automated testing for fault-tolerance scenarios, providing technical support for users of the Generative AI platform, troubleshooting issues and answering queries, monitoring platform performance and implementing optimization strategies, documenting processes, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in generative AI technologies.
