This position is on site in Travese City and delivers customer-focused, personal, high–quality, accurate, and timely services utilizing multiple technologies and resources.

Part time on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The position is the first point of contact for the end users seeking help regarding their technical devices.

This position will be responsible for technical support that could include but is not limited to: Printer installations, laptop/desktop computer deployment, new device troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.
