Job Position Summary:

The Digital Solutions Analyst translates business challenges and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technology-enabled solutions. Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, design teams, and technical teams, the analyst supports discovery, requirements definition, solution research, rapid prototyping, and delivery readiness. The role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, an understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to identify practical opportunities to use artificial intelligence, automation, and data to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Discovery and Scope Definition - Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives, user needs, current processes, pain points, constraints, and desired outcomes.
  • Requirements and Solution Artifacts - Develop, analyze, document, and validate business objectives, stakeholder needs, business rules, and success criteria to clearly define the business problem, desired outcomes, and strategic justification for solution development.
  • Solution Research - Research technologies, platforms, industry practices, and potential solutions based on business value, feasibility, risk, and implementation considerations.
  • Solution Ideation and Prototyping - Translate abstract concepts into practical technology-enabled solutions through process models, wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, and other visual artifacts.
  • AI and Automation Opportunities - Identify responsible and practical opportunities to use artificial intelligence, generative AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities within proposed solutions and internal work processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Present findings, requirements, prototypes, and solution recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams.
  • Solution Delivery Support - Support solution handoff, clarify requirements, evaluate proposed changes, and help maintain alignment between business objectives and delivered outcomes.
  • Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required by team leaders to support client delivery and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Computer Science, Business Analytics, Software Engineering or a related field required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience contributing to technology, digital, business analysis, consulting, or professional services initiatives.
  • Experience defining requirements, analyzing business processes, developing solution recommendations, or creating prototypes.
  • Ability to work with both business and IT teams to define and deliver solutions that create effective outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to clients, stakeholders, or business leaders.
  • Strong commitment to client experience, service delivery, and quality.
