Job description

Position Summary
The Solutions Analyst is responsible for partnering with business and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and support the delivery of artificial intelligence (AI), analytics, and automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions while supporting implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, automation, and analytics solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases, user stories, and success criteria.
  • Partner with data engineers, data scientists, developers, and vendors to support AI solution design and implementation.
  • Participate in proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to validate feasibility and business value.
  • Support solution testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with data teams to define data requirements, quality standards, and validation criteria.
  • Assist in monitoring model performance and business outcomes.
  • Support responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
  • Support user training, communications, documentation, and change management activities.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and are adopted effectively.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives.
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements or innovations.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts (e.g., ML, natural language processing, large language models, predictive analytics).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Exposure to process automation or intelligent workflow solutions.
  • Experience working in complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, analytics, or technology consulting.
  • Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly.
