Job description

Title: ServiceNow Support Specialist
Location: US (Remote)

About the role
ConglomerateIT is looking for a ServiceNow Support Specialist to implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow SIR bridge integration in a Security Incident Response environment. You'll work hands-on connecting ServiceNow to upstream voice and service platforms, keeping the integration stable and current.

What you'll do

  • Implement, configure, customize, and update the ServiceNow SIR bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution
  • Maintain and refine the integration as requirements evolve

Requirements

  • At least six (6) months of FTE experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and updating the ServiceNow SIR bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution
  • A current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response (CIS SIR) certificate may be substituted in lieu of this experience
