About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Support to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day platform support/configuration for TSA ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
  • Supports enhancements, testing, documentation, and O&M handoff.
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 

  • 1-3 years supporting ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; incident/request, change/release, CMDB support concepts;
  • Strong runbooks/SOP/test evidence habits; mandatory skills include ServiceNow and ITSM

Background Requirements: Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

 

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
