Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Engineer II to support and enhance enterprise analytics platforms for a large insurance organization. This role involves managing analytics infrastructure, supporting Python/R/SAS environments, AWS cloud services, automation, monitoring, and production deployments for 500+ users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Python (Conda/Miniforge), SAS, and R analytics platforms
  • Maintain Linux, Windows, and AWS-based analytics environments
  • Perform platform upgrades, security patching, and production support
  • Monitor server health, performance, and system reliability
  • Support disaster recovery, deployment governance, and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support

Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Linux and Windows server administration
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SAS, and R environments
  • AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, AMIs, Terraform)
  • Monitoring, scripting, and automation experience
