Role: Technical Consultant

Location: Remote (USA)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Visa Type: USC / GC Only

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 6–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and implementation

✔ Strong expertise in ServiceNow Platform Configuration & Customization using JavaScript and GlideScript

✔ Experience with CMDB setup, population, maintenance, and data modeling

✔ Hands-on experience designing and implementing Flow Designer workflows and integrations

✔ Experience with Now Assist capabilities and Agentic AI workflow design within the ServiceNow platform

✔ Strong understanding of Business Rules, process analysis, and ServiceNow best practices

✔ Experience executing test plans, defect triage, debugging, and issue resolution

✔ Ability to work independently while following project delivery methodologies and implementation playbooks

✔ Experience providing clear project status updates and proactively identifying project risks

✔ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✔ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required

✔ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred

✔ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (completed or in progress) preferred

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
