Job Summary:
Intapp is a company focused on delivering Compliance solutions, and they are seeking a Cloud Deployment Consultant to oversee the migration of these solutions to the cloud. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful cloud deployments, advocating for best practices, and driving process improvements throughout the migration lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end technical oversight of Intapp Risk solution deployments to production cloud environments
• Define, document, and champion cloud deployment best practices across all relevant stakeholders
• Partner with project teams to prepare and execute each cloud deployment, working alongside Engagement Managers, Principal Consultants, and Solution Engineers
• Execute and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipeline jobs to orchestrate and automate cloud migration deployments, coordinating with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure reliable, repeatable, and auditable release processes
• Serve as the primary liaison between implementation teams—including third-party partners—and internal DevOps, Engineering, and Support organizations
• Enable and upskill implementation partners on Compliance cloud deployment standards and procedures
• Lead and contribute to business process reviews, identifying opportunities to improve on-premises-to-cloud migration workflows
• Collaborate with the Compliance BU program-lead to ensure established protocols are clearly documented and consistently communicated to all implementers
• Work closely with the Product team to streamline and continuously improve the cloud deployment process
• Partner with Professional Services leadership to identify and implement operational process enhancements
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within a SaaS Professional Services organization
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Demonstrated success leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management initiatives with clients
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies
• Experience documenting and communicating implementation best practices in a Professional Services context
• Results-driven, resourceful, and calm under pressure with competing deadlines and demanding stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously as a self-starter
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; this role involves substantial direct client interaction
• Collaborative team player who can coordinate effectively across diverse teams
• Proficiency with web services (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OData, SOAP), and SQL
Preferred:
• Experience in the legal or financial services industry, particularly with sector-standard software systems
• 5 - 10 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within a SaaS Professional Services organization
• Proficiency with Boomi Integration Platform
• Background in systems integration, business process automation, and master data management
• Familiarity with new business acceptance and conflicts solutions, time entry and capture solutions, and/or ethical wall and information barrier solutions
• Software development knowledge with a strong grasp of logic, design patterns, and algorithms
• Understanding of SaaS delivery models and partner ecosystems
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, or HR systems
• Hands-on cloud and SaaS deployment experience
• Proficiency with issue tracking systems such as Jira
• Experience with work management systems such as Asana
• Experience with task automation (CI/CD) systems such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, CoPilot, or ChatGPT
• Master's degree
