IT Service Guru at Bluetek IT Solutions

Join Bluetek IT Solutions as an IT Service Guru and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT support services to our valued clients. This role focuses on providing prompt, reliable, and expert technical assistance to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent IT issues efficiently.

You will work closely with our team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless IT operations across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
